This Spicer axle from a 3T Thwaites Dumper had lost all its brake fluid into the axle causing a complete loss of service brake. Axle removed, stripped and thoroughly cleaned before being re-sealed and re-assembled.

Volvo ECR88D - Using our state of the art diagnostic software we were able read current engine codes P0103 'Air mass flow sensor, short circuit to positive' & Level 3 Inducement excessive accumulation in DPF.

The engine wiring harness had rubbed through on the protective conduit causing multiple wires to touch - a fault with the air mass will prevent a working re-generation from taking place.

Thwaites 1T Dumper - Yanmar 3NTV - This machine was turned over on its side and unfortunately ended up with oil getting above the piston which resulted in bent conrods. Leaving the engine in situ with much preparation and cleaning this engine was fully repaired with genuine Yanmar parts for a valued customer.
